  1. Dear ExpressTalk support team, We are using an Asterisk PBX and are evaluating ExpressTalk Business Edition for our softphones. We are using other softphones successfully with our asterisk pbx. Unfortunately, with ExpressTalk we cannot get a SIP connection with asterisk. What do we have to do in order to successfully connect to Asterisk via SIP? This is the configuration that we use: ---------------------------------------------------------------- - default line settings - Server: 192.168.49.2 - SIP-Number: 210 (user name and phone numer identical) - password (is verified and correct) - Network: - Local Sip Port to listen on: 5070 - Local RTP Ports to listen on: 8000 - Use uPNP: disbled - Use STUN: disabled - Use static IP: disabled This is the error message that we get: ---------------------------------------------------------------- 16:47:13 Restarting so settings take effect. 16:47:19 Initiated sip call to: 200 16:47:30 Unable to auto-detect public IP. Using private IP 16:47:35 Error call attempt timed-out. 16:47:35 The server is not replying. 16:47:35 Call has disconnected This is the Trace that we get from the log: ---------------------------------------------------------------- 16:47:35 UDP Packet Sent to 192.168.49.2:5060 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> INVITE sip:200@192.168.49.2 SIP/2.0 Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 192.168.142.1:5061;rport;branch=z9hG4bK1871804 To: <sip:200@192.168.49.2> From: "Dirk Röhrborn" <sip:210@192.168.49.2>;tag=2526 Call-ID: 1189073915-1804-COM10@192.168.49.2 CSeq: 922 INVITE Max-Forwards: 20 User-Agent: NCH Swift Sound Express Talk 2.06 Contact: <sip:210@192.168.142.1:5061> Allow: INVITE, ACK, CANCEL, OPTIONS, BYE, INFO, REFER, NOTIFY Supported: replaces Content-Type: application/sdp Content-Length: 338 v=0 o=NCHSoftware-Talk 1189074009 1189074011 IN IP4 192.168.49.105 s=Express Talk Call c=IN IP4 192.168.49.105 t=0 0 m=audio 8000 RTP/AVP 0 8 96 3 13 101 a=rtpmap:0 PCMU/8000 a=rtpmap:8 PCMA/8000 a=rtpmap:96 G726-32/8000 a=rtpmap:3 GSM/8000 a=rtpmap:13 CN/8000 a=rtpmap:101 telephone-event/8000 a=fmtp:101 0-16 a=sendrecv ---------------------------------------------------------------- Many thanks in advance for your help!
