I have been using the demo version for 2 weeks without any problems, and I just paid to register for the IVM attendant program (basic) and it worked fine until the next day, it tells me that I'm using: 2 Lines 8 Mailboxes 3 OGMs but when I check, I'm pretty sure I only have 1 of each (I only have one voice modem tel line connected), main screen only shows one mailbox (in fact I don't even have an option for the caller to leave messages), and the OGMs only have one checked off as "able to use as outgoing message" What can I do to reset this to get my program up and running again? Please reply ASAP, since my company's answering service is dependant on this service, thanks.
