Is it possible to create a Fax-Back system using a single phone line? Where IVM would capture the variable %faxno% and then send the fax after the call has ended?

Thanks for the Reply. I realized that I had to shut down IVM before running Diag32 AFTER I posted the question. (I'm a bit embarrassed about that part.) I live in Tampa, Florida. I've tried changing the CID type back and forth and still don't have any luck. I've been changing it using the TAPI settings in Diag32, is there another way? Do I have to restart the computer or something for those changes to take affect? The phone line is plugged directly into the board. I have a small home office, no PBX. Usually that line is connected to a CID enabled phone and works fine. Is there a way to find out what type of CID they have here. Verizon is my phone company, if that makes any difference. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm getting frustrated. Thanks!

I just received a CallURL 2LV+ with EasyTAPI verson 3.0.0. The board works and IVM answers the phone. However, Caller ID is always "Unavailable" (I do have Caller ID on my phone line). Also, when I run Diag32 I get the error "Cannot Allocate Channel" Has anyone had these issues? If so what did you do to solve them
