  1. I have retried the call using Express Talk -- this time logging all SIP messages. There appears to be no activity between the INVITE, the ACKnowledgment, and the BYE statuses. Below is the text from the SipTrace log. Any ideas? 21:18:48 UDP Packet Sent to 204.11.192.23:5060 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> INVITE sip:*******9904@callcentric.com SIP/2.0 Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 2. When placing calls to systems that require keypad input (followed by #) -- such as a conference line or checking home voice mail -- the input does not seem to be detected. For example, the voice mail system on my home phone prompts for the 10-digit home phone number followed by the pound sign. I can enter the digits on the number pad and press ENTER, or I can click the buttons themselves on the softphone interface; either way, the input goes undetected. Another softphone I use (SJphone) works just fine in this regard, so it is not the SIP server. Has anyone encountered this and figured a way to resolve it? I am (I thought) evaluating Express Talk Business Edition for purchase and am finding that support is unavailable prior to purchase. At the same time though, that's sort of the reason for seeking the support -- to determine the functionality of the product prior to purchase. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.
