That is the same problem I am having. wav files will play, but not the dss.

I am running the 4.14 version. I can't load any .dss files from "docshuttle" by Bytescribe... i was able to run both Express Scribe and docshuttle perfectly on my old computer (XP). Now I can't even find the files from docshuttle to load.

I am having trouble getting my Express Scribe to load dss files. I have vista and have researched in this forum and have done all the suggestions and am still not getting it to work... Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
