I'm having problems with sound quality. I take recorded statements, and am using the adapter from NCH that plugs in to the phone and the computer. The callers' voices are clear, but my voice is static-y. I've even switched to a corded phone but my voice is still not clear like the other person's. What settings do I adjust, and to what?
