@borate Errr why would i need to upload any files? as for the version I'm using, its v16.04. I just want to know if that's a bug or something. Cause I have reset the application and my laptop couple of times already but the issue is still there.

Ok so I have a screen-recorded clip. When opened using Media player, it is clear. When exported through Videopad, it's clear. However, when I look at it through the clip preview and sequence preview, despite fullscreen, the content becomes very blurry. How do I solve this issue? I hope its not something I accidentally clicked wrong ;-;
