Ya. I played through other mediums and speakers and tested all input and outputs to determine it was the software. They sent me a link to get my old software back and this has fixed the issue. Thanks for the info though!

Hello, I haven't used my mixpad for a couple months after recording an album with it (which turned out great, by the way) and now I open it up and the repeat bar is orange instead of green and there is a clicking or buzzing sound the entire time anything is playing... I have troubleshot this quite thoroughly and I am convinced it is coming from the software. Then I go to update to see if I can firmware update my way out of this to find that all that are available are paid subscriptions. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE? I JUST UPGRADED THIS A FEW MONTHS BACK! Is this some kind of bug they slipped into a windows update to get me to buy a paid subscription? Anyone else having this problem? Is it due to a windows update that needs to be removed? I can't use the software at all this way. Any help would be great!
