Davina Murray Photography

Apologies but I have forgotten how to do this. I am trying to export a slideshow of photos (with music) onto a USB which is formatted as Exfat as client only has a macbook and I have PC. It exports and plays on my PC but when I plug the USB into TV it says file not "Unsupported File System" (Need to connect the device formatted by Windows OS). I am using the settings PRESET: Custom/ FILE FORMAT mp4 /WIDESCREEN FIT - Letterbox /Resolution 1024x576 - TV Wide. I have exported this file about 10 times and it only plays on my PC but I cannot play it on my TV. Your help is appreciated,
