Hello I am still waiting for assistance with this issue. I have tried everything and the music is still not playing

Hello, thank you for your reply. Yes, the music does play it also was playing along with the slides but for some reason it's not. I have tried everything but for this section there's no sound whereas there was a day ago. I have checked everything. There are no videos just photos. All the other music I have is playing normally. There is no sound on preview either. I have installed the latest update.

I have put together a two hour slide show of a recent holiday. There is one song that has no sounds. I have checked everything even deleted the file and uploaded it again. The song appears below the images however there is no sound playing during the slides for that particular song. this is becoming very frustrating.
