I have a 4-crotchet bar in the bass clef staff and I need to insert a treble clef before the last two crotchets only (i.e. in the middle of the bar). How do I do that?

How do I place an accent < on the correct note? I have a 3-note chord and I want to place the accent on the uppermost note. in spite of highlighting the correct note, the accent is always displayed in the middle of the stave.
