Hi, thanks. All are at max volume: Samsung TV System (Windows) sounds Chrome iTunes VideoPad I've looked at my choices of sound source in the Video Pad recording window. The one being used is the USB interface, same as the video. Should I be able to find a volume slider for that somewhere.

Hello, I've been converting segments of old VHS tapes to MP4 files, quite successfully. My problem is that while I'm recording, there is no audio, but the file that is saved to MP4 has the audio and it's just fine. I've looked at settings, and can't find anything that helps. Any / all advice / suggestions appreciated. This is my set up VHS RCA cables connected to - 'MINI AV@HDMI upscaler 1080p' connected by HDMI to '4K ultra HD video capture' card connected to USB 3 on Windows 10 laptop with NCH Video Pad v 13.80 (I think) Thank you
