Hi, I'm a newbie, I need to convert an existing image to have a transparent background. I've tried a few free online tools but they just don't work. I thought a package like PhotoPad would do it and it does mention having transparent backgrounds, I tried selecting that but it had no effect on the existing image. Any suggestions welcomed.
