I'm using VideoPad Professional v13.64

I'm using VideoPad v 13.64. Audio Fade Out and Fade In can be set. Project is saved and closed. Next time the project is opened all the Fade Out / Fade In settings are lost!!! Can somebody explain how to proceed?
