Hello and thank you for your assistance. So I am converting a couple videos from MKV to MP4 when I do this It has a pop up that asks me what audio stream I want to use. I select the English one wherever that may be in the list (note: I have tested that stream before attempting conversion and it does work). So now to the problem, despite selecting the English stream the video still is in Italian and the English option is no longer in the menu. Here is what I have tried. 1. convert to a different format (same issue) 2. select the Italian stream I did notice that I am seeing a flag at the bottom of the window indicating to try a different tool to edit an hd video. (not sure if this is related) **any help is appreciated**
