Newboy

I've just downloaded this software in Windows 11. CDs are registered and tracks all showing correctly, but when the Rip CD button is pressed nothing happens, nor will they play from the play button. I have tried restarting the computer and changing the bit rate, but still no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
