  1. Yes! That older release worked, thank you. For reference, my specs are as follows: Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1250U 1.10 GHz RAM 32.0 GB (31.6 GB usable) System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor OS Windows 11 Home GPU Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics
  2. Downloading the other release had no effect. Changing the GPU processor to None helped but now all of the clips have a green and purple line running down the side of the video. Definitely better than just a completely green screen, but still can't use the footage. Here is a link to one of the video files: IMG_2436.MOV Here is a link to a screenshot of what I am seeing in Video Pad: Green and Purple line.png Thanks for your help!
  3. I have used Video Pad for years on both Mac and PC and never had trouble importing videos in the .MOV format. Today I got a new PC and downloaded the newest version of Video Pad (v13.67), paid for the registration, etc. Now I'm finding that every time I try to add a video file in the .MOV format into a project, the footage is just a completely green screen. The audio is fine, but not the visuals. Some clips will have half of the real footage showing in the preview (with the rest green) but when you play it, it is all just green. How can I fix this?
