IGS2023

Hi, I edited a 1 hour video. All looks well in the editing software, but when exporting to mp4 the image is frozen throughout the file (audio sounds good). Maybe I clicked on something? I don't know. How can I release the frozen image and see the video unfrozen? Thanks
