Thanks for the reply. I've upgraded to v 13.51. Still nothing visually on the monitor to indicate burning is finalized, but the disk does eject I can submit a screen capture but don't have a URL to link. Since the disk now is ejecting I'll consider that as an indication that the burn has finalized. Thanks for your help.

New to VideoPad. I completed my first project and proceeded to burn to disk. After several hours the message in pop-up box says something like "Still writing to disk". I toggle box response to "Cancel" and also the confirmatin "are you sure" and extract my DVD. The DVD did actually burn to completion. How can I tell when the burn process is complete??
