GAGator

I have several pictures of gymnasts taken in front of a black cloth drape. The drape has folds and wrinkles. If I 100% saturate the Background using black, the wrinkles are not visible. What is the workflow to take a picture, create a layer for the gymnast only, saturate the Background, then put the picture back together - gymnast in front of the black 100% saturated background?
