Hello! I wanted to transcribe a 120 Min interview but after uploading it to ExpressScribe it showed just 0 minutes instead of 120 Minutes - so I can't hear anything because it didn't upload the correct way. What could I do? On my laptop the file is 120 Min. Thanks for your help Theresa
