Hi Borate I just opened the .exe as admin and it worked! Crazy! I need the Italian version, so I will uninstall and reinstall it again. Don't close the thread until I don't check that too, please. I'll let you know soon how is going. -0-0- Installed 13.28 English version, and it is showing correctly on the info tab. The problem "no audio" during preview remains. Hi there, since updating to 13.22 I can't hear audio during preview and no video export is possible anymore (a small window reporting "elaborazione clip audio in corso" is showing without ending, export doesn't go at all). All audio controls are on, no mutes at all. Both on timeline and clips. Audio card is set properly, with previous version had no problem at all (but I don't remember which version). I can't keep on working to my last video, it's a big issue for me. Obviously I've a regular license. PS: I have a second copy on my laptop and have no problem with that, it works there. PC with issues is an AMD, my laptop is an Intel i7. Have no problem of smoothness, my systems are both well ram equipped. Any help?
