When I enter invoices & then customer payments to pay for the invoice the invoices will NOT show on the income statement!! I feel it is something to do with LINKING the items as it is items that are used in the invoice but there is nothing there to show that it will be linked to say it is a SALE!! If I have to use a journal for some reason & use the ACCOUNT NUMBERS there naturally they show in the Income Statement!! Help would very appreciated Oldie01

Simply change the date manually when entering the details in the Non-invoiced Cash Sale. Amending it later in the journal would be time consuming. Regards Oldie01
