Many thanks for the replies. So, just to clarify, in mp4, is the "high quality" option the same as 192kbps? Also, out of curiosity, I did select avi, and it has an option for "same as input." Should I leave it like that, or select the "2 (stereo) option? I'm trying to get the highest audio quality for music videos going onto Youtube.

Just wanna confirm I'm selecting the highest sound-quality option. I'm using v. 13.03 (not looking to update at this time), and when exporting, though it defaults at 192 kbps, I always scroll up to "high quality" at top. Is that, in fact, the highest audio-quality option for 4k exports?

I'm not sure where you're referring to exactly.

At first, when using two video tracks, the violet progress bar would turn from dark violet to light violet after adding a clip or making some other change to the sequence. Now, it just stays dark violet. Makes it difficult to determine when the clips are finished rendering into the sequence. Is it possible I accidentally turned it off? And if so, how could I toggle it back on? Thank you
