When I create a video, I'm usually copying from different places on my drive, then I want to consolidate them into different folders after they've been copied into the project. When I'm working on a project and I relocate a file to say a 'done' folder, then the project can't find the file again. If weeks later I want to update a project but all the files I've used have been moved to a different folder, I have to splice it all together again. Is there some kind of file repository for copies of clips used so I don't have to reconcile them manually?
