By installing the latest would that require me to redo all the editing or could I just load up the old project. as that hasn't fixed it The last suggestion hasn't worked either. SPECS 8gb ram intel i5-10300 cpu GTx 1650 gpu I had a mess around with my export frame rate/quality and managed to find a fix thanks for the help anyway.

Whenever I export the video to an mp4 file the video plays fine for a couple seconds then just turns into a mess of color and lines. I can't figure out what { have done wrong as the clips I am using are fine before I edit them using the software.
