Hi, I just bought VideoPad. I imported some videos I made with a Google Pixel 4a. The video loads but it plats slowly and I cannot hear audio. I got the message "One or more sound clips […] is still processing." and audio never loads. My PC is an Intel i5 8250U with 16 Gb RAM. It's not very powerful but I can edit videos with other applications with no problem. The videos are encoded with H265. Export works with no problem : I hear audio. My VideoPad version is 11.92 64bits. Could you help me ? For now I am stuck and it's very frustrating.
