A specific message when you try to save as MP4? Do you have the option available or is not shown up at this moment? Version 3 .5 is an old version, right? 2009 probably? Make sure to have the correct components loaded into your machine in order to save or create an mp4.

If you own the commercial license Yes, you can use the software in any situation including commercial purposes.

Make sure to have the correct version of the software compatible with your license registration code. Sometimes if you are trying to register with a previous (old) registration code into a new released version of the software or just using a non register version of the software the save features are not unlocked. In case you upgrade and purchased a new code, make sure to enter the code into the software under the file tab option.

If you purchased the software please make sure to enter the registration code into the software in order to unlock the full licensed version of the program.
In order to register your software please follow the instructions below:
1) Open Wavepad
2) Click on the word Wavepad on the main menu bar (beside the Apple icon)
3) Click next to Register Wavepad... from the drop-down menu
4) Enter your code in the provided field within the registration box
5) Click the Register button to finish -
Please note that after you convert the file to mono you can select save as the file and this will end up creating a new file with the new mono channel.

On wavepad under the home tab you are able to find the undo button, please click on it until it gets back to the step where you want it. Please note that if you already have saved the project and are reloading the project the undo functions might not be available.

All three options seems good, is just a matter of preferences on how you would like to have it end. I personally prefer fading the last track.

When you are ready to export the project make sure to select dvd on the export tab, note that if the project is around 4.7 GB creating the file will end up with a larger file that might not fit on the dvd and the operation can be canceled by the program.

Please also try to clear the cache folder, you can find it on options under the disk tab. try that, access the cache folder using the windows explorer and clear all cache files. Retry to use the software and confirm how it goes.

In order to load a midi and save it please make sure to first open the midi editor selecting the option create midi under the home tab, after that select load midi, apply the changes and select save midi.

Yes, that is correct the software allow you to keep the original copy of the file, please note that the software Switch also have the option to delete the old file or the file you are converting from in case you wish to delete the file immediately after the conversion.

Before moving your license to another machine, please make sure to create a back up of all the files you are working on, remove the software from the computer you will no longer use with the software and proceed to install the software on your new computer.
