trying to set ogm on outgoing message

I have tried to set the ogm for outgoing call by using ogm= and ogmanswer= using File > Outbound Autodial Calls but it seems to just ignore what i set and go with the default

 

i have

113&ogm=OGM1

 

it rings extension 113 but just plays the default outgoing message, it seems it is just ignoring any of the variables i pass with the number as even if i set the desired OGM as the default the variables are not being set

 

note: i have also switched to using XP 32bit to make sure the vista 64 was not causing any problems.

 

any ideas what i could be doing wrong?
