Guest vakorneev
Is it possible to convert an ASCII trace to a format with can be played as sound?
nchtj
nope sorry. what sort of sound are you expecting to come out of your ascii file if such a converter were to exist? (out of curiousity)
Guest vakorneev
I am a seismologist and I have digital hydrophone records from a deep borehole and I'm trying to find out a possible source of the signal. My best hypothesis is that it is some gas bubbles leaking through the well's casing and it would be interesting to check it using a sound play. Our ears+brain sistem is still more sensitive then any signal processing algorithms.
