Express Talk 501 not implement

Hello

 

I am trying to configure express talk to my Axon across the internet. I can dial an extension from the external express talk to the Axon and it works, but cannot dial from the internal(axon) network to the external expresstalk. Also when the external expresstalk starts it gives an error 501- not implemented. I am sure I have openned ports through all firewalls.

 

Summary

 

expresstalk gives 501-not implemented

expresstalk --> lan -->fw1 --> internet ---> fw2 -->lan -->axon -->extension OK

expresstalk<--lan<--fw1<--internet<--fw2<--lan<--axon<--extension OK nogo

 

maybe I have missed a port or something?, any help appreciated.

now im getting a 501 not implement with skype uplink which was working ok, interesting.

 

I am evaluating the product but it seems tobe a bit finicky, I wonder.......

I have to say this is one we've never encountered before, 501 is only returned if the phone is sending out a command the other side doesn't understand, but with Express Talk and Axon (and uplink) that should never happen. We would need a SIP log from Express Talk showing the 501 happening (in Talk go to Settings -> Networking -> see "SIP Messaging" at the bottom).
