Converting into a video takes hours, pictures are in wrong sequence

I have Video Pad version 6.29, it worked just fine a while back. Now, I added short video clips and pictures, added audio over video and pictures.

I saved the project and when I start the Export to video it takes hours to finish. When I play the video back I can see that pictures displayed that

should come later in the video, just for a second or two. 

The sound is ok, but the pictures in the video are not in the sequence and for the length of time I put them into video Pad.

I reduced the output quality, but that doesn't help either. Very frustrating. What can I do to solve the problem?

First suggestion...try the latest version.  For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months.  After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest.

If that doesn't correct the problem please share your project.  Someone will check it out and find the fix.
