Theo from Holland Posted March 22, 2019 Share Posted March 22, 2019 I downloaded trial version 2 and used it until it recently expired. Really a very good piece of software that is. Then I also downloaded trial version 3. In version 2 there are 2 online databases that you can choose from and can connect to, FreeDB server and Musicbrainz. Sometimes FreeDB server gave completely wrong results and I needed Musicbrainz, but also the other way around. So I needed both. Now in version 3 there seems to be only one online server, which means that I cannot choose another one. So if it gives the wrong results I have a problem. Or am I wrong? I really want to buy this software but if there is only 1 server left that means that about one in 10 CD's will give the wrong artist/album/track title information. elk Posted March 27, 2019 Share Posted March 27, 2019 The latest version of the program (v3.00) has access to FreeDB server only, it will not connect to MusicBrainz as the previous version did.
