Pitch Correction and voice out of sync

I can not get Pitch Correction to work in Mixpad. I've selected the track but get an error message which says I need to select a clip or track.

Also. When I record voice from a mic to existing music, in other words I have two tracks one voice and one music they are both in sync. When I save them the voice is out of sync. I had to add 200ms fo silence to the voice track to get them to sync in the output file.

In attempt to fix this issue, please try the steps below:

Uninstall MixPad, then delete 3 folders named "MixPad" and 1 named "Components" from these locations:
**C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\MixPad\
**C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\MixPad\
**C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components
**C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\MixPad\
**If you can't find any of the folders, just continue. 

After that, restart your computer and reinstall the program using this link: https://www.nch.com.au/mixpad/mpsetup.exe

Once done, restart your system one more time and try again.
