It started a week ago, I can not get MixPad to recognize my input devices. I am using a X32 Rack with USB a connection for recording. I get the message; {There is a problem with the recording device you have selected for this track}. No matter what I try, even the default Recording device on my PC won't work. elk Posted September 20, 2018 Share Posted September 20, 2018 Hello, You may try to plug your X32 Rack into a different USB port and confirm if it works. In case the issue persists, it is recommended to reinstall MixPad. You need to make sure you install the version of the program that corresponds to the license you have purchased. Regards. Crossroads Posted September 20, 2018 Author Share Posted September 20, 2018 Thanks understood, I only have one version and one license. I have uninstalled and installed the program twice. Putting the X32 aside and disconnected from my PC, I should be able to record from Track 1 to Track 2 within MixPad and I can't, that's my problem.
