Why when I upload my audio does it all of a sudden sound tinny

Hi, 

I'm very new to this software so forgive me if this is a newbie question. 

While I am recording my podcast the audio sounds fine in playback. As soon as I upload it to any other platform like Soundcloud or BlogTalkRadio.com it sounds very tinny and almost on the verge of giving feedback. 

This is driving me crazy. I have good quality sound until I upload it anywhere else. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As you can confirm the problem relies when the audio tracks are uploaded, it is usual that audio streaming services compress your audio tracks to a standard quality.
Consult with your streaming service provider what is the best format and encoder settings you can use to export audio tracks so you can upload them in high quality.
