Tim Prosser
My licensed edition of Mixpad recently began to frequently crash. It has always thrown odd little tantrums, which I had learned to live with, but this crashing business was something new. Fed up, I submitted a report about it. The pop-up response was to tell me I could download an up-dated version which has eliminated all the problems, including the one I reported. So, I followed the recommendation and downloaded this up-dated version. I now find that I have the free unlicensed version replacing my previous licensed one. This keeps popping up prompts to certify what I'm using it for and suggestions to purchase the licensed edition at a special discounted price. I've already purchased the damned thing, thank you very much. Of more concern to me is that it seems to have arbitrarily decided which ones of my projects I can have access to. Several of them seem to have been completely wiped out, so I cannot do any further work on them. They're just gone. Anyone from NCH care to comment? Tim Prosser
Thanks for the reply. I searched back through thousands of emails to find my registration code for the original purchase, then re-loaded the programme. I haven't tried doing anything with it just yet, so I don't know whether or not the crashing problem still exists. The good news, at least, is that the missing projects have re-appeared.
