jimdodds Posted February 20, 2013 Share Posted February 20, 2013 Just downloaded the free version of Videopad 3.01. I love the option to use sequences but I don't seem to have an option for overlays. I have a clip loaded but no overlay track has become visible. Is it not available in the free download? Can't find a way to paste an image here, but there is no Overlay Track, with a clip loaded. Just Video, then Audio??? Never mind... Just found it. Different from older versions - not tab, just says "Drop your Clips here for Overlay" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

borate Posted February 21, 2013 Share Posted February 21, 2013 Overlay is simply an additional video field in 3.0/.01 - just above video track 1. As you drag your overlay clip down from the "media" area you will see a prompt that reads "drop your clips here to overlay." The overlay will become video track #2.
