  2. You may not be seeing some of the folders because they may be hidden. Go to Control Panel and select File Folder Options then click the View tab. Look for hidden files and folders and select the button to view hidden files and folders and click OK. Once you have finished you should go back into this control panel and switch it back to don't show hidden files and folders.
  3. It's not just F9 or F10. You have to hold the CTRL (control) key down while you are selecting the F keys.
