john_trypaluk252
I just got the unlicensed home use only of Mixpad a few days ago, and whenever I make a recording, the first 10 to 15 seconds of the track sounds great/clean, then all of a sudden, it gets all messy sounding. Im recording on a labtop, sitting in front of it with my Martin, and Ive tried everything from lowering the recording input to playing softer, and it keeps doing it. Does anyone know why it keeps doing what itz doing?
nchBen
Hi john_trypaluk252, Can you give a bit more information about your laptop? What OS are you using and what method are you using to record (eg inbuilt mic, USB interface etc)? Also, could you please explain what you mean when you say the sound gets "messy"? Regards, Ben
john_trypaluk252
Im using a smaller labtop made by HP, the HP x2 Detachable 10-p0XX, OS Build 14393.953, using Edition Windows 10 Home. I was using the inbuilt mic to record. I tried plugging in a mic to the headphone jack (there was no input mic jack, but option to change the headphone jck to record with a mic), with no response.
