Michael Allfrey
On 13th December I purchased the NCH Software Pixillion software in the folorn hope that I could convert RAW photo files to the JPG format. I did manage to convert some photos to the 'compressed' JPG format. All did seem to be good. Not So! Now, when I attempt to edit photos using my Corel PaintShop Pro X7 Ultimate, all I get is a message informing me that the file is invalid, unopenable and that I should verify the file. Just what that means, I have absolutely no idea. Does anyone have a step by step answer to this problem? It has arisen since converting with the Pixillion thing. Thank you. green_valve15
Hi there, You would need to try with other formats to confirm that is the issue with the software and not with those files, try converting those files to .tiff or .png and if you face the same problem try loading other files. I hope that helped.
