TequilaToo
I'm using the home (free) version of Debut to record an on-demand program during our Hughesnet's "Bonus bytes" hours early in the am so my family can watch the program together later in the day, when it would eat up too much of our daytime data allowance to watch it streaming. When playing the video on demand, the sound and video are perfectly synchronized. But when I capture it with Debut and play it back, the video "stalls" at the beginning, but the audio kicks in immediately, and from that point on the video and audio are out of sync, which is very annoying. I'm working with VideoPad to try to correct the issue, as yet without success (My next post, in the VideoPad forum!) How can I prevent this from happening in the future? I tried playing with the fps rate, but the documentation and suggestions I found didn't indicate in which direction to move the default setting - and I don't have a lot of data allowance to play with for experimentation. clemenzina
I don't use the free version and can't imagine what's going wrong with your recordings. As you haven't had any luck with fellow users replies here, I suggest you contact NCH support, you might have to wait a few days but should get advice eventually.
