Jerky audio

I am trying to record a webinar, and it records the video fine, but the audio is very choppy. It is so choppy that it is not useful. I tried to find help in the support files and on this forum but I can't find any similar issues. I was going to buy the program in order to get support but I see that even if I buy it, I will only get support if I buy a support plan! I am not willing to buy it if I can't get it to work.

 

Has anybody else been able to solve a choppy audio issue?

Hi speedwayblue, you do not need to buy a support plan to contact our support department. The paid support plans are for those customers who feel they need an additional level of support. Please note that support requests are handled in the order received and response times will vary depending on the number of requests in the queue, but please be assure that your request will be handled as quickly as possible.
