Hi, I am a newcomer to Mixpad, but have found it very easy to pick up, and have spent the day creating two or three short multi-track music recording project. Everything went very smoothly, and I gradually learnt about the shortcuts which make the software quick and easy to use. BUT... at the end of the day, after I had taken my laptop to a different location, I tried to find and open the projects I had created, but they had vanished completely from my system, - Mixpad files and data folders. No sign anywhere in my system. Searches revealed nothing except the .wav files I had mixed them down to. Even the 'recent projects' list inside Mixpad showed no signs of these projects. I had religiously and regularly saved the projects as I went along, and made final saves at the end of the session. What is going on?? Can anyone shed any light on this please? Chris

Basically my export video does not look like the exported version. My video has 3 video tracks and 2 audio tracks. The eye icon is ok and all are visible for output. In preview all looks perfect. When I export the video file in HD 1080p to my laptop the video looks great except my video track 1. It contains a video that repeats itself 9 times (each clip is saved under its own name). It is used as a background (behind) video track 2 because some of my videos on track 2 were shot horizontally. The background video shows up in the export version only for the 1st clip....the other 8 don't show up. In the preview mode they all show up just fine. I have exhausted all my solution ideas and I need help. Any suggestions would be appreciated as I am presenting this video in 4 days. I have Video Pad professional v 7.11. I paid for this software.

When I record the desktop an AVI file (screencast recordings), the resulting file does not show video properties in Windows Explorer. For example, there is no thumbnail (only the generic video icon is shown), no video duration, etc. If I edit the file with some other tool (e.g., avidemux for simple cut/join), the resulting file is shown with thumbnail icon and properties. Is this a known issue? Fulvio

Hi All. I've just updated to v3.87 and now my logo, business details, customer details shipping address, everything from the top of my invoice has gone. Can anyone help? Thanks
