Hi, I bought Pixillion because I am trying to achieve the following: I am trying to convert .HEIC images into .JPG images while keeping the information about the date these pictures were taken intact. However, when I convert them with Pixillion, the date the images were taken is overwritten with the date of the reformatting from .HEIC format to .JPG format. Does anyone have an idea how I can fix this issue? Thanks in advance for any help ! Best, Philipp

I'm new in Express Animate and found that drawing a character point by point, element by element is rather tedious. Is there an option to convert a bitmap to a vector shape/character and divide it into vector paths. Or maybe import a vector drawing from another application? Thanks.

I had an older version installed [4.35]. It took me back then some tweaks in the registry to have it the way I wanted: with only "Convert to .flac" and "Convert to .wav" under the right-click menu, and with those file formats at the same time being playable via left click in my audio player Now, after upgrading to version 5.12, I still have what I had, but sometimes also these entries: - Convert video file - Edit video file - Convert with Switch Sound File Converter Why does newer version adds these two first commands to some of video formats and to third one to video and audio formats; without asking first for permission? I do not have the Other > Context Menu > Add Switch to the Windows Explorer right click-menu selected. And yet it does not matter if I install new version over the old one or remove the old one, reset the system and then install the new one; and it does not matter if I re-select and de-select that option Am I really suppose to go through registry, manually tracking all these entries [which are in multiple location as I already checked] and remove them by myself? Why does an audio user like myself who sometimes does only audio conversion, who has nothing to do with videos aside from watching them, have to have his shell menu filled with commands of no use? Why does version 5.12 create such an issue while the 4.35 did not [4.35 had to be adjusted by me in regards to audio formats only]

Just purchased Switch to convert my m4a files to mp3 to run on my iTunes account. I used an audio/record player to convert some vinyl albums onto a digital format which resulted in these m4a files which will not play on my iPod. I am converting on my iMac however every time I click on the "Convert" icon, it converts to a 3KB mp3 file that does not play on my iTunes. Please help!!!! I can't seem to get any response or help from NCH. Thanks, Sharon

If I convert a lead to an account and contact, the account is created properly and the lead shows up as a contact for that account. If I convert a second lead for the same business, the lead shows up on the Contacts pane, but I have to assign it to the Account manually for it to appear on the list of contacts for that account in the Account pane. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi! Is there a way to convert video to audio using a software program from NCH? I purchased the WavePad Sound Editor Master's Edition.

I am working with WavePad 5.68 (registered), editing stereo voice recordings and converting them to mono. When I convert, either using Edit - Convert Channels or using Save File As and selecting Mono in the Format field, the overall volume falls by about 6dB. I guess this is due to the software taking the average of Left and Right amplitudes, instead of simply adding left and right. This introduces problems of distortion and exaggerated noise, when I then boost the level back up to normal. Is there another way to convert stereo to mono at full volume? One way that seems to work is Edit - Split file - into its Component Channels, then use Edit - Paste Mix to recombine them. This is messy and time-consuming; surely there's a better way? Any suggestions gratefully received.

I have a series of WMA files a client supplied. These files play fine and completely on Windows Media Player. However, if I attempt to load them with Express Scribe or convert them with Switch I only get a partial file as a result. For instance, a 20 minute audio file will show up as only 10 minutes when it is converted, and cut off at the ten minute mark. The files are Windows Media Audio v8. What would make them have this difficulty being converted? How can I convert them completely?
