Converting AAC files to MP3 but ID tag doesn't show

Hi Everyone,

 

I am new to forums and to Switch--even a newbie DJ, but loving it. I am somewhat a computer person and was successful at converting my itunes AAC files to MP3 for the Zulu DJ software use, but the artist and album info did not convert over. Without this information, it will be very difficult to use the Zulu product. Can anyone advise how to include this info when converting?
