VRB MP3 to WAV conversion

Hey all, new here ... hope ya can help me out? I usually burn mp3 into wav to listen to on an actual cd player. For ages I used MKW ... but for a while now Switch ... Switch seems to convert alot MKW won't ... which is cool. With MKW when a mp3 is converted to Wav it includes in the title for the new wav: "From mp3@320" or whatever the orginal bit rate was ... but a mp3 converted with switch doesn't ... my concern being when converting VRB mp3 w/ MKW it titles the new wav "From mp3@128" regardless of what the variable bit rate actually was ... does Switch do this too? Or does it remain true to the actual bit rate of the orginal? Because I assume what the MKW is doing is reducing any VBR to 128kbs when converting it to wav... that sucks ... anyone know?
