How to play webex wrf files audio in scribe

I couldn't play webex wrf files audio in scribe.

 

These are properietary video format and I am to transcribe that file. It doesn't recognize foot pedal, so playing the audio in scribe is the only solution, but scribe doesn't recognize that format.

 

Or, any tool that would extract audio from the file in mp3/ wav format?

 

I have tried webex recording editor that exports the file to wmp's wmv format, but I didn't get any audio in that file though vids are appearing, and the process took ages, and generated useless bulky wmv file.
