why my switch don't work

Hi,

I upgraded flip4mac then my free switch dose not work.

I try convert wav to mp3 with free switch. But switch spins rainbow ball only.

Please tell me how to recover this case.

I am Japanese, so I can't read and write long English. You can teach me "look this page".
