icemanoim Posted August 12, 2008 Share Posted August 12, 2008 Hi, I have just got this product since it appears to be one of the best for codec support. I have a problem however. A large quantity of my Music was ripped from CD's in WMA lossless format. I want to convert these to wma 320kbps for my mp3 player, however the software always says "specified source format could not be read" when i try to convert from wma lossless. The files were all ripped WITHOUT drm enabled. I have tried installing all the codecs i can find, i can convert my flac files to wma 320kbps (i can also do windows media audio 10 conversions from flac) but not wma lossless. Is there another specific plugin i need??? i tried wmawav.exe but it didn't solve the problem. Any help appreciated. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
smeehrrr Posted August 19, 2008 Share Posted August 19, 2008 I had this problem earlier today, and it turned out that it was because I was connecting via Remote Desktop and had no sound hardware.
